Schwester Klara Pissing and Shitting on Her Betraying Patient

In a darkened hospital room, Schwester Klara stands over her bedridden patient, a lecherous old man. She commands him to watch as she starts to relieve herself, pissing and shitting right in front of him. The frame shows the glistening streams of urine and the plops of her fresh feces, emphasizing the condom-free power of the domination. The patient's eyes widen with a mix of lust and fear.

The mess grows as Schwester Klara continues to defecate, her movements deliberate and taunting. She smears some of the feces on his chest, making sure he feels every bit of her humiliation. Her anal play is rough and unrelenting, and she even makes him eat a small piece of her kaviar. The clip is a perfect blend of extreme bdsm scat and fetish domination, a sure sign of who is in rule.
