BarbaraGinger gets comfortable in the room, hard-eyed and in charge. She begins by peeing into a glass bowl, the sound echoing through the space. She then lets out a loud fart, her face showing a mix of relief and satisfaction. Next, she squats over a white towel, her bowels releasing a large, steaming pile of poop.

She goes on to defecate, each movement adding to the mess. BarbaraGinger then picks up some of the poop with her hands, rubbing it into her body in a wild, uninhibited display.
